Keoladeo Bird Sanctuary And Agra

Keoladeo

Keoladeo National Park, located in Rajasthan, is an important wintering ground for Palaearctic migratory waterfowl and is renowned for its large congregation of non-migratory resident breeding birds. Some 375 bird species and a diverse array of other life forms have been recorded in this mosaic of grasslands, woodlands, woodland swamps and wetlands. This bird paradise was developed in a natural wetland that was managed as a duck shooting reserve at the end of the 19th century. Hunting has since ceased and the area was declared a national park in 1982.

Agra (Taj Mahal)

Down the pathway beside the reflecting pool with its fountains, the Taj Mahal is a beautiful mausoleum crafted in soft, pure marble and bejewelled with semi-precious stones. In the serenity of this paradise rests the Queen Mumtaz in peace with her King Shah Jahan. It unfolds pages from the past to reveal the charm of its mystique and enrich your imagination at this marvel of an epic in stone, The Taj! The grace of its perfection of proportions and the grandeur of the geometrical patterns of its well-appointed gardens brings the whole complex together adds magnificence to the delicacy of this manse of love, dedication and purity. It depicts the saga of ‘The Taj’, a story not from fiction but facts, which is written from nothing but pure love!
